2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately about any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions and payments

• The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans renew automatically until canceled.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to future billing periods.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the Service only on websites you own or are authorized to analyze.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes, to infringe others' rights, or to manipulate search engine results deceptively.
• Do not attempt to breach the Service's security, scrape it at abusive rates, or resell access without our written consent.
• Do not input confidential or third-party personal data you have no right to process.

5. AI-generated content

Content, keywords, and recommendations generated by the Service are produced by AI models and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and fact-checking any output before publishing it. We make no guarantee of specific search rankings, traffic, or business results.

6. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to content you create with the Service. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including its software, design, and branding. These Terms do not transfer any ownership of the Service to you.

7. Third-party integrations

Connecting third-party services (such as Google Analytics or Google Search Console) is optional and subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or data.

8. Affiliate program

If you participate in the affiliate program, you earn commissions on qualifying referrals as described in the app. You may not refer yourself, use misleading claims, or promote via spam. Commissions are payable per the program terms displayed in your affiliate dashboard.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination and changes

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and may modify the Service or these Terms with reasonable notice. If you disagree with changes, you may cancel your subscription.
